The use of any product bought from this website is at the purchaser’s risk.

The purchaser indemnifies and holds Zelda Furstenburg Art & Design harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the clothing items sold on this website.

The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the user’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence and will not be sold or made known to third parties.

Only the necessary information, i.e., the delivery address and contact phone number, will be made known to third parties delivering the product.

Zelda Furstenburg Art & Design undertakes that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. We cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the user’s electronic device (personal computer or other electronic device used to browse this website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the user may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.

Zelda Furstenburg Art & Design will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will not be held liable for the condition of goods arriving at the user’s chosen delivery address (i.e., the state of the packaging).

Zelda Furstenburg Art & Design reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. Should we exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Orders will be dispatched only upon successful receipt of payment – please allow 7 working days for delivery after payment has been made, courier service delivery and logistics dependant.

Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the products bought by consumers through this e-commerce facility should be directed to Zelda Furstenburg Art & Design –  info@zeldadesigns.co.za.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note we only accept exchanges and no refunds. 

Should any product delivered fail to meet your expectations you may return same goods as follow:

1. Contact us at info@zeldadesigns.co.za and request an exchange before returning any goods.
2. Regrettably, due to rising courier and logistics costs, a fee of R260 will be charged for exchanges. An invoice will be generated and sent to you. Payment needs to reflect in our account before we can arrange collection of your parcel. 
3. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to use your own courier to send your returns to:

Goods submitted for exchange will only be accepted if:

1. Returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
2. It is in its original condition and packaging, is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
3. Claims of defects in goods, unless clearly visible, will be subject to investigation by our quality control team prior to the provision of a remedy.
4. No option of an exchange if goods have been washed, worn, damaged, misused, or the damage amounts to ordinary wear and tear, or failure to follow our wash care instructions.
5. Regrettably no exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered or sale items.
6. Zelda Furstenburg Art & Design items purchased at independent stores and/or pop ups must be returned to the location where it was purchased from, without exception.
7. All returns must please be logged via an official email and not via message on social media platforms.

PLEASE NOTE:

As our apparel items are produced in limited quantities, we are unable to ensure the continued availability of identical colors or styles in the event of an exchange. Should this be the case, we shall issue a credit to you equal to the value of your initial purchase (with any applicable courier fees included), which you can use to purchase any other product from our online store. Our company regrettably does not provide refunds.
